As part of their regular inspection of a building or site the Guards will from time to time come across issues that need to be reported and followed up. A written log will be maintained of equipment faults that are observed, health and safety issues that may have arisen, damage to premises etc. and reported on a daily basis to the appropriate member of staff.
Upon instruction from a specified member of staff the Security Guard will take corrective action where possible which may include engineer callouts.

Prior to acceptance one of our experienced surveyors will visit your premises to review your security system and ensure it complies with the necessary standard/s.
