These can be tailored to the individual requirements of each customer taking into account the timing and volume of the Royal Mail deliveries. Recorded and Special Delivery items can be signed for and retained until the Postroom manager and/or his staff are present to handle these items. Outgoing mail can be left under the watchful eye of the Security Guard until Royal Mail call to collect the days mail. Suspect packages will be carefully monitored and dealt with appropriately.
