Fire Procedure co-ordination :

It is a recognised requirement that the fire alarm bell system at most premises needs to be tested on a regular basis and the Security Guard is fully qualified to carry out this procedure. The normal process is for the alarms to be activated for a short period on an agreed date very week to ensure that the alarm system is in regular working order and the Security Guard would be responsible for activating and deactivating the alarm system, any faults being reported to the appropriate member of staff.

In addition the building would from time to time be fully evacuated as part of a fire.

Evacuation drill and the Security Guard would be responsible for activating the alarm in this instance. If required the Guard would also check the building to ensure that all personnel had left the building and that the premises were fully vacated simulating a real life situation.

Prior to acceptance one of our experienced surveyors will visit your premises to review your security system and ensure it complies with the necessary standard/s.
